At Luminayard, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We design our return and refund processes to be completely fair, clear, and easy to navigate. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are fully protected by our 30-day return policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days from the exact date the package was delivered to their address. To qualify for a valid return, the item must be in its original, unaltered condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, complete with all original tags attached, and contained within its original factory packaging.

2. 100% Free Returns & Zero Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Fee: Free. Luminayard covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. There are no out-of-pocket costs for our customers.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge restocking fees, handling fees, or administration charges for processing your return.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email our support team at info@luminayard.com. Provide your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the item you wish to return.
  2. Receive Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with precise instructions on how to package the item securely.
  3. Dispatch: Securely package the item, affix the printed prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier facility. Do not send items back without an authorized return label, as they cannot be tracked or accepted.

4. Refund Allocation & Processing Timeline

Upon receiving your returned package at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify its condition. We will immediately send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be executed immediately. The total purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require an additional 2-5 business days to post the balance to your account.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please email us immediately at info@luminayard.com. We will assume full responsibility, provide a prepaid return label, and expedite a brand new replacement or issue a full refund immediately, according to your preference.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement. If the order has already entered our processing queue or has been shipped, please follow our standard 30-day return process upon receiving the package.
