1. Target Market & Currency
This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders placed by customers within the United States. All transactions, product pricing, and financial calculations are conducted strictly in United States Dollars (USD, $).
2. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees, handling fees, membership requirements, or unexpected taxes added to your shipping costs at checkout. The price you see is the final price you pay for delivery.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Handling & Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This stage includes comprehensive product quality inspections, secure packaging, sorting, and dispatch from our fulfillment facility.
- Transit & Shipping Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This represents the time required for the shipping carrier to transport your package from our facility to your designated delivery address in the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days from the date of order placement.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent immediately to your provided email address (info@luminayard.com). This email will contain a secure tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update the initial tracking status.
5. Change of Delivery Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our support team immediately at info@luminayard.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will gladly correct the details. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
6. Items Damaged or Missing in Transit
We insure all shipments for your peace of mind. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the carrier has already delivered the item, please inspect the contents, take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and items, and email them to info@luminayard.com within 48 hours. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
